Abstract:	This collection is the submission made to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) by a group of South African Police (SAP) former generals under the banner of an organisation that they called Foundation for Equality before the Law. It is an attempt to defend the role of the South African Police (SAP) in the creation and maintenance of the Apartheid system.
