Updated in 2006, the SAHA guidebook is an archival finding aid that provides description of the archival collections at the South African History Archive. The guidebook includes a brief history of the person or organization that produced each collection, a listing of the contents of the collection with corresponding call numbers for researchers to identify and request archival items for consultation.
