The PAIA Resource Kit is an innovative tool that was developed during the pilot phase of the Freedom of Information Project: Capacity building in the Community based Sector (PAIA). It provides step by step instructions on completing the forms prescribed for requesting information from public and private bodies under the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA).
