Right2Know Secrecy Bill Protest Pickets

The Right2Know Campaign is holding protest pickets across Gauteng in the next week to voice its remaining concerns with the Protection of State Information Bill (dubbed the secrecy bill).

While the campaign acknowledges that there have been a number of improvements to the bill since its introduction, the bill still falls short of the seven point freedom test, which has been the cornerstone of the campaign's opposition to the bill since its inception.
