Measuring implementation of access to information legislation

On 12 November 2012 the Open Government Partnerships Networking Mechanisms held a webinar entitled "Measuring Implementation of Access to Information Legislation."

The webinar consisted of an overview by Sheila Coronel and was followed by a brief country presentation by Slovenia's Information commissioner, Nataša Pirc Musar.

Sheila Coronel examined the various ways in which access to information has been measured, methodologies used, gaps in knowledge, and what has worked in terms of measurement. Her presentation was followed by Nataša Pirc Musar, who made a presentation on measurement tools used by the government of Slovenia and the Information Commission.
