SAHA invites Grade 11 and 12 history educators to join us for a 4-part series of mini-workshops on using primary sources in the classroom to teach apartheid history (1976 – 1994).

This workshop series is adapted from the one-day ‘Primary Sources in the Classroom’ workshops SAHA has run in previous years as a one-day workshop on Saturdays and will draw on the following SAHA resources:

Mondays 18, 25 February and 4, 11 March 2013 from 14h30 – 16h30 at the SAHA offices in the Women’s Jail at Constitution Hill, Braamfontein.

All participants will be expected to attend all 4 mini-workshops, as they work together as a unit, each building on the previous week’s work.

If you are interested in taking part in this series, please email your name, school, school’s telephone number, your telephone number and your email address to info@saha.org.za or call the SAHA office on 011 718 2560 by Wednesday 13 February 2013.
